This being the 5th album released by thrash metal band Hirax, it was sure to be good. I’ve always liked Hirax. I love their sound, style, notes, everything. And “Immortal Legacy” did not let me own at all. I was quite shocked when I heard that Hirax had released a new album that I hadn’t known about. The only thing worse than that would be if Mudvayne came out with a 6th album and no one ever told me about that.

If you listen to Hirax or even just know their style, you know that their thrash metal is good and it sounds great overall. My favorite track by far from it was ‘Tied to the Gallows Pole” which had some great notes in it and the lyrics were just amazing, Everything from this album was good and I’m definitely buying this once I get another iTunes card or if I see it someone on the CD racks. I’m going to cut the review here because I don’t know how else to put this review without making “Immortal” not sound as great as it truly is.
