I’ve never heard of this band, but I should have sooner. This Is Death Valley is so heavy that when I heard this single at half volume and my headphones had so much static. And when I mean static I mean the fuzzy noise that you get whenever the bass is loud as fuck (and I’m only saying that because some people surprisingly don’t know what static is and it’s pathetic but I digress). Everything about this single was some of the heaviest and most brutal things I’ve ever heard. The name and track name don’t lie with the fact that this single will have your ear drums blown out if you’re being stupid with the volume which I encourage with this band. “F.F.T.” takes the “death” from death metal and shapes it into something great. If they were to do this same exact thing with their next album, they would destroy tons of speakers but at the same time gaining fans who become entranced by their style. I’ve got nothing else to say other than if you’re going to listen to this single (which I recommend) then you might want to be wary with your volume setting. If you don’t care then crank that motherfucker up as much as you can and prepared to become temporarily deaf.
