“Silent Sounds” is definitely not silent. Quite the opposite in a literal and emotional sense that is really prevalent. This is a post rock album that has lyrics that go down into the true emotional tortures of the soul without discrimination. Each song has an upbeat sound and tone to it because of a great job done by the guitars and drums that both dominate the album front to back. The overall rhythm of “Silent Sounds” is quite good in every single way because it’s catchy, you can listen to it easily, and the flow is solid to where I bet money that you could listen to this in just about any situation and be totally fine with it. That all comes down to whether or not you like the style, of course. And while this isn’t exactly something I’d call super uber awesome fucking fantastic in my book it’s definitely worth a listen to if you’re into that rhythmic post rock music that has emotional and deep meaning to it whether you know it or not.
