I’ll be honest it’s been quite some time since I’ve heard some Morgoth and when I heard that they had released a new single it peaked my metalhead interest. It was released today and it’s already gotten some fans riled up and excited for the band’s next album which will be released some time this year. And I myself am quite excited for the album because this single “Black Enemy” is something of the likes that make your ears prick up and your foot start tapping to the brutal beat. “Black Enemy” tells “that this evil force rests within all of us and all we can do is trying to keep that beast under control. The ‘Black Enemy’ represents the dark and destroying part inside of us and the lyrics deal with someone who is not able to control it anymore, committing a murder in the end” said by Morgoth themselves. And if the rest of the album is going to have as much feel as this one song then I will find out their first tour gig, get the first ticket to the city, walk up to the stage in the middle of their performance and proceed to throw my money at them yelling “Just take my money!” accordingly. Yes, I’m that excited.
