This cover practically screams the genre: death metal. Old school death metal to be precise. Triumvir Foul’s new upcoming EP “An Oath of Blood and Fire” is a nostalgic trip for any aged hardcore metal fan lover of all genres because this album teleports us back to the 90’s where death metal truly felt like you were grinding up corpses with a meat grinder. I love it. Everything just blew my fucking mind with this EP to every extent, especially when I found out this was a two man band. I swear. A two goddamn man band! I was – am! – so stunned that two guys were able to make something so raw and fantastic at the same time that I just didn’t know what to think since it made my brain melt out of my ears. “An Oath of Blood and Fire” is just something that peoples’ eyes water over and mouths foam for and brains crave.
