Yet, those that aren’t afraid to wholly surrender to the chaos have more than enough darkness to find into should they simply find the right wells and dive deep enough to find the nastiest and juiciest names that are far within to be uncovered. There’s never any true shortage should you simply look for it, and it’s the name of Acausal Intrusion that stands as one of the newest and most interesting names to find in that swirling pool of self-consuming insanity. The following year after their debut incursion, the vastly talented duo is back already with nine slabs of material that are nothing short of mind-bending in its uncompromising power.

Even the slightest inkling about the power behind this band is to only the beginning of understanding what one would be in for whenever coming into contact with the very name of Acausal Intrusion. For the longest time, it’s been with names like Howls of Ebb, Esoctrilihum, Triumvir Foul, and Khthoniik Cerviiks that I’ve always associated with the very supreme of potential madness in the world of black and death metal where one can find knowledge, majesty, and wonders within the unending madness like a Lovecraftian abomination, and now with the arrival of “Seeping Evocation” that I find myself adding Acausal Intrusion to that harrowing list. Select any track from the vicious ramblings of “Seeping Evocation” and you will begin to find yourself at the very mercy of this band for the ultimate power that they wield to terrifying effect for not a single minute of the effort is anything to miss out on should you want to really immerse yourself in the very depths of depravity that the underground has to offer. It makes for a supremely layered experience that makes it all but effortless for the listener to fall into as the uncompromising power of Acausal Intrusion is of the sort that pulls you into the deepest, darkest caverns that are to be explored by only those are aren’t afraid to never re-emerge into the light, for there is true character, excellence, and splendor of an ilk that the demented mind cannot help but lose itself in. Even if it means never coming back to what once was.

The discovery of a fresh name like this that manages to execute is always something to be celebrated when it’s immediately something to behold like what we’re dealing with here in the form of Acausal Intrusion. An album like this always has more than enough to dive into with each minute offering something fascinating for the eyes, ears, mind, and soul with the very cover art of “Seeping Evocation” tantalizing from the very beginning with the ending of this creation feeling as complete as it is wretching once you behold the mastery at play.
