You know how elephants can produce sounds so low that we need high tech machinery to hear those sounds? Azooma – A Hymn of the Vicious Monster

 Just like how old Metallica used length to extend the longevity of their thrash metal, Azooma has done the same thing to make their hardcore death metal to make their music sound great for a longer time. “A Hymn of the Vicious Monster” takes the traditional death metal aspects and roots and uses them to its advantage by taking true death metal fans back to the original days of the subgenre, and not many bands can do that anymore. Arch Enemy – War Eternal

This is the kind of album that people like me live for. “War Eternal” was just… fucking beautiful. An absolute masterpiece that shall become one of the legends of metal that will be known for generations of head-bangers to come. Wretched – Cannibal

 As Decibel Magazine put it “Wretched breathe much-needed life into thrash-influenced death metal.” Couldn’t have said it better myself.  If there was ever an album that made me just about shit myself, it’s this. Even though “Vinter” was released in November, I have no doubts that this fantastic doom/death/heavy metal album that sounds amazing is drawing more and more people to listen to it as it did with me.
