Hardly ever do 100% instrumental albums come across my radar. And even more rarely do I review them (that’s only ever happened once) because they don’t sound interesting to me. But Oecist’s debut album “XVIII LII” (that’s 18 and 52 respectively if you don’t know your Roman numerals) was different.
