Look at that album cover. Look at it. It’s fuckin’ great, well, to me at least. Usually whenever I see a cover like that I think a band is trying to make up for the music being terrible, like how some poor guy with a small pecker will buy a really nice Corvette to pick up women. But I digress. The album cover, thankfully, wasn’t compensation for a terrible album because “Burn the Serum” was great. And the fact that it was from a band that I’ve never heard of before is even better.

A lot of albums you hear nowadays don’t have vocalists that can keep their voices sounding practically the same and still have it sound fantastic, especially in metal. But every once in a while, some guy (or girl) comes along and does that along with a great band that go really well together. This is that every once in a while and Kyng is that band. “Burn the Serum” is an album that has a constant rhythm to it that anybody who listens to and appreciates good music will know that this album is amazing. The guitars and drums are also really good sounding that have a great tune to them especially when played together and with the vocalist doing what he does best. The entire album has a great sound to it along with tracks that are really well done and have great rhythm, tone, composure, everything. “Burn the Serum” is great, and there isn’t shit you can say about it.
